Recently the local authorities have withdrawn the building permit for subject project. Consequently we can not offer this project anymore.

Alternatively we can offer a luxury project on the other side of the Austrian-Czech border in the popular village Lipno nad Vltavou. On this project we can offer 3 types of detached houses (up to 10 people) and a semi-detached type, all situated on large plots. The village Lipno nad Vltavou has excellent facilities for a successful summer and winter holiday.

On this website we present to you the new Holiday Park Hochficht, situated in the Austrian part of the Bohemian forest.

The park consists out of 44 luxurious holiday houses and one central building, the so called "Waldkompetenzcentrum" in German , or Forest Exhibition Centre. This building contains multiple wellness facilities. The park is located on walking distance from the Hochficht skiarea.
